Watching your weight? Don't hibernate!
November 22, 2010

Research proves that during the winter months (more so in colder climes) our activity calorie expenditure can decrease up to 10% simply because there are 3 months we stay inside, hibernating!
These months, even in warm climates include festive holidays and food celebrations, which combined with our tendency to curl under the covers, can leave us wondering how our spring clothes shrunk in the closet. Well, they don’t! You might have expanded!
So use your fork less and your feet more for a happy holiday season. Happy Thanksgiving!
