Kenneth Miller, MD

Dana Farber Cancer Institute

 

Dr. Miller was a founder of the Connecticut Challenge Cancer Survivorship program at the Yale Cancer Center and developed a multidisciplinary program that included medical evaluation, mental health services, nutrition and exercise education for cancer survivors. A practicing medical oncologist for twenty years, Dr. Miller recently assumed the directorship of the Lance Armstrong Foundation Cancer Survivorship program at Dana-Farber.  

 

Dr. Miller was the Editor of a special edition on cancer survivorship of the Cancer Journal and is the author of a book, Medical and Psychosocial Care of the Cancer Survivor (Jones and Bartlett), published in June 2009.

 

His wife Joan is a survivor of both acute leukemia and breast cancer.
