Christian McEvoy
Christian McEvoy earned his Master's Degree in Public Health (MPH) from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in 2009, and he works as a Senior Research Assistant in the Cancer Etiology, Prevention, and Control group in addition to his role as the Director of Survivorship Information for the Connecticut Challenge. He has been involved with the Challenge since 2005. Since then he founded his own non-profit organization, Challenge America Foundation, and he raised over $250,000 for cancer survivors in 2006 when he ran 3400 miles across the United States from San Francisco to Rhode Island.
Christian is currently living in Baltimore, MD, and he his applying to medical school. He plans to continue his work in cancer survivorship with a specialized focus on preventive and pediatric medicine.
