  • First survivorship clinic in Connecticut for pediatric survivors, opened in 2003 
  • Over 1,000 pediatric survivors have benefited from the HERO’S Clinic
  • Connecticut Challenge is the primary funding source for the HERO’S Clinic

Fund four pilot cancer survivorship research projects at Yale Cancer Center.

The CT Challenge intends to fund new research each year in its ongoing effort to change and improve the way cancer survivors are cared for in the future.
